The hotel with a nice size and well heated rooms, in a fairly quiet area, in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Multi-channel TV, a seating area, and ironing facilities in the room and the comfy bed. Caring and helpful staff during our stay. Perfect and perfectly comfortable location a short walk to Gillies Jones Glass.

The garden area was my personal retreat, where I savored the tranquil ambiance surrounded by blossoming flowers. The excellent breakfast was bursting with flavor, especially the locally sourced smoked haddock that left my taste buds dancing! Valerie, the host, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs with personalized touches.

Inconsistent water pressure in showers!!! Room access can be cumbersome during rainy weather!!! Limited electrical sockets in rooms can make charging devices frustrating!!!

The breakfast was a good highlight, with an extensive menu with freshly prepared dishes and generous portions. I loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the charming center of Pickering.

i noticed the shower pressure was a bit low (not too big of a deal). however, the spacious room was amazing, with a well-stocked refreshments tray and breakfast cooked to order (especially the muesli! ). the warm welcome made everything better!

It's just a short walk from local attractions. Valerie was a fantastic hostess, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

This place is a commendable fit for a getaway in Pickering with all in all great value for money. The room had great amenities, including a lovely air freshener in the bathroom that added a nice touch. Remember to explore the nearby charming shops and cafes for a complete experience.

Really good Breakfast and Warm Hospitality

The room was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, and the hospitality from Valerie were nice. A minor downside was that our room's door needed a bit of force to shut properly. Still, I can't wait to return and enjoy more of that amazing food!
